Well, good morning everybody. So today I'm going to do a little bit of leg work and just building my inner thighs,
tighten them up and just keep on working on those inner hips that I've been trying to do.
So I'm going to start with laying down on the floor and you want to extend your foot out.
And we're just going to do some leg raises. It's pretty easy.
And since I'm just starting I'm only going to do 12.
